Mr. Carl Ray McNeil, Sr., age 68, of Rosehill, NC peacefully Transitioned Into Eternal Rest on Friday, October 4, 2019 at his residence with his family at his side.

Funeral service will be 1:00pm Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Sampson County Civic Center, 414 Warsaw Road, Clinton, NC 28328.  Interment will follow in the St. James Church of Christ Disciples of Christ Church Cemetery, Rosehill, NC.

A viewing for relatives and friends will be 5:00pm to 7:00pm Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at Dunn Funeral Home, 810 West Wilmington Street Burgaw, NC  28425.
