Mrs. Betty Jean Bennerman , age 80, of Wilmington, departed this earthly life and transitioned to her eternal home on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 while in the comfort of her residence. She is the wife of Mr. Joseph Bennerman.

A Homegoing Celebration will convene at 12:00 noon Friday, July 14, 2023 at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church - 9364 Wildcat Road Ivanhoe, NC 28447. Interment will immediately follow in the Bannerman Family Cemetery located in Ivanhoe, North Carolina.

Public Viewing and Visitation for relatives and friends will be held 5:00p.m. - 7:00p.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425.
