Mrs. Bernice Newkirk , age 93, of Highway 421 of Willard, crossed from this walk of life into eternity on Monday, August 1, 2022 while at Southwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center located in Clinton, North Carolina.

A Funeral Service will convene at 1:00p.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425. Interment will immediately follow in the Newkirk Cemetery located on Highway 421.

Public Viewing for relatives and friends will be held 12:00p.m. - 12:50p.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425 prior to the 1:00p.m. Funeral Service.
