Angel Watkins Williams, a cherished soul who graced this earth from November 20, 1959, until her departure on December 18, 2025, is lovingly remembered for her unwavering faith and vibrant spirit. Angel's life was a testament to the power of love, love for her family, her church community, and her ever-growing collection of plants, which she tended to with a caregiver's devotion.
In the embrace of her beloved husband, Glenn Williams, Angel found a partner with whom she shared countless memories and deep-seated devotion. Together, they nurtured their family—two children and grandchildren—creating bonds that resonate through the hearts of all who knew them. Alongside them stand a host of relatives and friends who were fortunate enough to be part of Angel’s life, each carrying a piece of her radiant spirit within.
Angel's personality shone brightly as she embodied the essence of faith. Her love for God was evident in her every interaction, revealing the love of Jesus to all whom she encountered. Whether through a warm smile, a kind word, or a helping hand, Angel touched lives in profound and meaningful ways, leaving an indelible mark on her community and beyond.
Her life will be commemorated on December 27, 2025, at Mt. Rena Missionary Baptist Church. The day will begin with a visitation at 1:00 PM, inviting family and friends to gather in remembrance. This will transition to a Celebration of Life at 2:00 PM, a moment to honor her legacy and the love she shared with many. Following the celebration, family and friends will convene for interment at The Williams Family Cemetery of Rocky Point, NC.
In the peace of eternal rest, Angel is now enveloped in the loving presence of her "Daddy" Jesus, where she shall remain forever among the angels she so lovingly resembled in life. Her legacy of faith, love, and care will forever inspire those she leaves behind, a gentle reminder of the virtuous path she walked throughout her life.
