It is with profound sorrow that we share the passing of Anaya Jade Pickett, who graced this world with her presence on December 14, 2025, in Wilmington, North Carolina. 

Born on the same day she departed, Anaya came into this world as a beautiful soul full of promise and potential. Her existence holds a unique place in the hearts of her parents, Kevin and Ashley Pickett, siblings, Kaira and Mekhi Pickett,  grandparents, Catherine Malloy, Annette and Robert Hicks, Jr., great-grandfather, Nathaniel Malloy, and a myriad of family who will forever cherish the gentle moments they had with her.

Graveside service will be held 11:00am Sunday, December 28, 2025 at Maple Hill Community Cemetery, Maple Hill, NC.
